Carrie Colbert x Liz Lidgett Gallery

The internet is an amazing place where people who may never have met otherwise can come together due to shared passions. This is just the way we met our dear friend, Carrie Colbert. You may know Carrie from her incredible blog or Instagram page —both of which we would highly recommend—but we feel lucky to know her beyond that and her amazing creativity and generous spirit. So when we had an idea to partner with a style influencer for the gallery, Carrie was the perfect fit—she’s great to work with, has a strong sense of personal style, and she LOVES color.

Carrie Colbert with her new Stephanie Henderson original

For our first ever collaboration, Carrie selected around 50 works for her own virtual showfrom the gallery that represent her, her style, and her art collection. She truly has an incredible art collection and has works from several of our artists in her collection including Hunt Slonem, Betsy Enzensberger, Stephanie Henderson and Angela Chrusciaki Blehm! We really do have a shared passion for art and it is so fun to see the works that she chose to be a part of her collection.

Carrie and I will be talking more on Instagram live soon (details to come!) about why she chose the artwork she did, why she loves to collect art, and who she has her eye on next for her collection. Take a look at the virtual show Carrie Colbert x Liz Lidgett Galleryand you can see how well this show goes together. There is a consistent line that connects these pieces (as with all of Carrie’s style) that includes a sense of joy, and of course, all the color. #morecolorplease

Inspired by Kendall Jenner’s recent Architectural Digest article for he mountain home, this bedroom creates a sanctuary that is both classic and contemporary. The result is a space that invites rest and reflection, radiating the calm, confident generosity suggested by its namesake: Benevolence.
