Emily Furr is an oil painter based in Charleston, South Carolina. She studied painting and drawing at Winthrop University, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts, and earned her Master of Fine Arts from UNCG in 2020. Furr's work centers around feelings of sentimentality and an embracing of play. Her art reflects a vibrant, vivid palette that encourages curiosity and exploration creating a striking yet comfortable atmosphere in her works.
