Sarisa Muñoz of @indigoleopardhome is known for her fearless approach to interiors, or what she calls, “no approach” at all. Rooted in eclectic maximalism, Sarisa designs her home by instinct... collecting pieces simply because she loves them rather than worrying about "where will they live?" or "what will they match?". Her home celebrates color, pattern, and personality, making her a natural fit for Paige Barnes Dorsey’s whimsical sculptural snakes.
Gifting Sarisa one of Paige’s hand-sculpted snake pieces felt like an obvious pairing. Paige is a self-taught mixed media artist based in the Deep South, Paige creates modern heirlooms that blend Southern tradition with playful irreverence. Each snake is individually sculpted and hand-painted, ensuring every piece is entirely unique. Inspired by the Garden of Eden in this series, as well as the duality of beauty and danger, her “Garden Party Snakes” combine refined, china-like ornamentation with the symbolism of a creature long associated with both temptation and transformation.
Sarisa is a longtime lover of bold design and dopamine decorating enduring in the philosophy of creating spaces that spark joy—gravitated toward a piece that tells a story. Since launching @indigoleopardhome in 2018, she has built a community around expressive, personality-driven interiors inspired by travel, nature, and everyday moments. Paige’s sculptural snakes seamlessly align with that philosophy, acting as both conversation pieces and collectible works of art.
