about the artist

Sarah J. Schwartz blends her architecture and product design background into abstract art, using mixed media and found objects on unconventional surfaces like trays and skateboards. Her work explores contrasts—texture, color, tradition—and often reflects the creative process itself.

Based in L.A. since 2021, she holds a B.Arch from Cornell and works as a product designer at Apple. Her art has shown at The Mondrian Hotel, The Other Art Fair, and more.
