Who is Erika Veurink?
Welcome Erika Veurink, this months guest curator, blogger and fashion extraordinaire! Erika has all the things going for her — incredible style, amazing writer, impeccable taste, joyous connector and best of all—an Iowa girl at heart. She is one of my favorite people to follow. Her recommendations become must-haves because I know she’s never going to steer me wrong.

Erika Veurink is a writer, brand strategist, and founder of EV Salon, based in Brooklyn by way of Iowa.
Fun facts about Erika: She writes Cup of Jo’s monthly fashion column and loves shopping for secondhand clothes at Worn and the Salvation Army downtown in Des Moines. Erika collects art as a way to build a sense of home while renting in the city. "I can’t wait to have a fabulous country space where all of it can live for good," she says, "but for now, they’re city dwellers just like me."
